What You Need To Understand About The Best Time To Exercise

We often see people exercising at various times and wonder if it’s the right time. You probably already know how hard it can be to fit a good workout into your hectic schedule even if you do work out regularly. Are we really getting an optimized workout from those off hour workouts? The answer is no, you aren’t causing any harm to your body. If you’ve been doing workouts for a while now your body has adjusted to your times. No matter what the researchers say about it the fact is you have to work with what works for your life. There are however many considerations you should think about when choosing the best time to exercise.

Assuming that you wake up around six or seven o’clock in the morning.

The most ideal time to exercise is in the afternoon, and preferably a bit later in the day. There are many biological reasons why that is so. It seems our bodies are acclimated to activity from the day, and many of our functions are just prime for a hard work-out. Injury-friendly really means you are less likely to get injured because your muscles are already warmed up. Do not despair you will figure out a workout program that works for you. It may take a month or so but your body will adapt to whatever schedule you choose for your workout routine.

Even if you need to vary your routines it’s imoportant to do it. Only you know what is best for you and what will work for you. So just sit down and figure it all out, and then make a plan that you know you can do and stick with.

So if that means you exercise in the morning on some days, and then after work on other days – then do that. You are the only one who can decide what works for you.
