The Best Fitness Program?

Tuesday, October 4th, 2011

We do not really take care of our fitness these days. As a result, a vast majority of the population is overweight, underweight or simply not fit enough. If you’re one of them, chances are, you’re looking for a fitness program to help you get fit again.

Look around and you’ll see there’s a number of so-called fitness courses available. Almost all of them make tall claims and deliver nothing. However, before I get too ahead of myself, let me tell you that there are quite a few exceptions. For example, you must have heard of P90X, or Insanity. They are both good.

Scour the Internet and you’ll see that these two programs have several positive reviews. Many people have benefited from these. Why? Good question. It is very easy. A good fitness program emphasizes on the basics. These are the normal, boring drills that require patience and consistency.

Today, everyone and their cat is a self proclaimed fitness expert. They may have had some success, but that would have been a flash in the pan. Success and success that can be repeated over and over again are two totally different things. You need to go with the right system, system that relies on solid fundamentals. p90x and Insanity both do this.

They stress on the fundamentals and the content is extremely good. Especially the insanity workout calendar and video demonstrations from P90X. Both of these score a perfect ten when it comes to the content and the presentation. Which one is better? Honestly, its very difficult to pick a real winner.

Getting fit, most people think, is about working very hard on your body. That is true and both these programs require you to train for the majority of the week. If you’re not used to exercising yet, it’ll be tough for your body to adapt to the changes that these programs bring with them. However, with time, if you’re patient, you’ll get good at it.

The most important part of these programs is something that a lot of people don’t stress upon: mental strength. These exercises aren’t easy. Your body will be sore the day after and you’d want to never do it again! That’s where your mental strength comes in. If you’re not, you can lose the momentum quite easily.

Wish to know much more about P90X workouts, or the insanity workout calendar? What makes them so great? Find it on my website: insanity workout calendar.
