Quite a few of us don’t even take breakfast although its the most important meal of the day. This is wrong and needs to stop right now. Take regular meals. Your diet should be wholesome, i.e. it should have all the required nutrients.
You should also try to stop smoking and reduce your consumption of alcohol or caffeine. These aren’t good for your health. It might be tough for you to stop smoking all of a sudden however, if you do it gradually, you won’t have major problems. It is true for both alcohol and caffeine.

Other than your diet, you also need to start exercising, if only a little bit. Start gradually, with activities that aren’t too intense, such as jogging and light weightlifting. In your pursuit to get fit, consistency and patience is the key. You mustn’t stop even after you’re done.
